Twee Rivieren , Mata Mata and Nossob have a problem dispensing unleaded fuel during the heat of the day.The ULP heats up and it forms airpockets . As soon as the system detects these , it automatically shuts the system down and relays the fuel back into the tank. We are able to dispense fuel in the mornings when it is still cool but as soon as temperature rises , the ULP tanks shut down.
We suggest filling up between 07h00 – 10h00. May we also suggest filling up at Ashkam before entering at Twee Rivieren . Because of the consistency of Diesel , this does not occur and Diesel is available throughout the day .
