Guest family for student?

My daughter , Hanne, is studying for a Mastersdegree in Anthropoloy. She decided to perform her 3 months apprenticeship and preparation for her Masters Degree graduation in Namibia , Windhoek.
She is looking for candidate guest families willing to host her during her stay. She has quite some experience travelling and staying abroad ( 11 months Paraguay, 1 year study in San Sebastian, Spain)
Any suggestions are welcome: candidate families, local organizations assisting such searches, ....
