Das ist gut möglich. In anderen Ländern der Region ist es ja auch schon so. Tansania z.B. hat auch Foto und Fingerabdruck. Mosambik hat sicher auch Foto (Fingerabdruck weiss ich nicht mehr).
In der Praxis benötigt der Vorgang in Tansania ca. 3-5 Minuten pro Person.

Probably financed and paid for by the American NSA, with direct link to USA.
Therefore the equipment will most probably not disappear disfunctional the African way in some corner, but will remain operational permanently.
