NOTIFICATION OF ROOM TRANSFERS IN ETOSHA RESORTS
In October this year, we have informed you of the complete redevelopment of tourist facilities in Etosha resorts; this important exercise has progressed well in Halali Resort. The Okaukuejo and Namutoni project will resume by 4th January 2007.
Kindly take note that due to this refurbishment, reservations for the Luxury Bungalows in Okaukuejo as well as for the Fort rooms in Namutoni will be transferred to the next available rooms. If necessary, some of the affected reservations will be transferred to Halali. The credit that might become due on transferred bookings may be used for paying meals as well as other services offered at the respective resorts. Alternatively, the credit may also be transferred to future bookings.
We humbly request for your support and understanding during this important exercise.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused and we will gladly keep you updated accordingly.
